Established in March 1989, RTI Holdings Ltd. is a leading Value-Added Reseller (“VAR”) serving the Communications, Consumer and Computer industries in Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”). We sell a broad range of components and board level semiconductor products through our six facilities in Hong Kong and the PRC. RTI, an acronym for Reliability, Technology and Intelligence, adopts these fundamental concepts as our core business philosophy.

RTI acts both as a direct sell-through representative and as a true VAR, delivering engineering services across a wide spectrum from basic circuit design to full service total solution technology. Our company counts as its key asset a highly motivated and sophisticated technical work force that allows us to deliver consummate service to our customers. In addition, RTI enjoys strong relationships with both suppliers and customers and, as a policy, develops and maintains both professional and personal relationships with these companies.

To cope with the fast expanding business in the PRC, RTI has established five branch offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Chendu and Shenzhen to provide application engineering services and technical support, with our experienced Field Application Engineers (FAE), to high tech manufacturing firms. We aim at becoming a leading VAR in the electronic industry in Hong Kong and the PRC.
